Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use MarVana if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Services Offered
MarVana offers custom-made printing and design services, including but not limited to logo creation, branding packages, and personalized merchandise. All services are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to each service.
Payment
Payment for services must be made in full before work commences. All artwork supplied must be correct, re-do’s will be charged. We accept payment through, EFT, CASH, CARD. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be issued only in cases where services have not yet been rendered. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled service date to be eligible for a refund.
Intellectual Property:
All designs, logos, and branding materials created by MarVana are the intellectual property of MarVana until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the intellectual property rights transfers to the client.
Limitation of Liability:
MarVana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by the client or any third party.
Lead time:
Lead time after proof of payment received 5-10 days, depends on order size.
