Branding

Garment Branding

Branding on clothing, by one of two methods. Which one suits you depends on the garment, the artwork and how many you need.

DTF transfers handle full-colour artwork, fine detail and gradients with no per-colour charge, and work on cotton, polyester, blends, light and dark. Embroidery is more durable and reads as more premium, but suits simpler artwork and costs more to set up.

How it works

  1. Tell us the garment, the quantity, and where on the garment the branding goes.
  2. Send your artwork, with the finished print size in millimetres.
  3. We advise transfer or embroidery, and quote both if it is a close call.
  4. You approve, and we either supply transfers for you to press or brand the garments for you.

Good to know

  • You can press them yourself. If you own a heat press, buying transfers and pressing in-house is considerably cheaper. Settings are included.
  • Embroidery digitising is once-off. Reorder later and there is no new setup fee unless the artwork changes.
  • No minimum. Screen printing needs volume to make sense; neither of these methods does.
  • Dark garments are fine for DTF — the white underbase is printed as part of the transfer.
