About MarVana Design & Print Studio
A print studio, not a print portal
We print vinyl stickers, product labels and DTF apparel transfers in-house from St Helena Bay, on the West Coast. Small runs, short turnaround, and a designer who actually looks at your file before it goes to print.
Most of our customers are building something. A skincare range that needs bottle labels. A coffee roaster that needs stickers for bags. A small team that needs shirts for a launch. What they have in common is that they need a few hundred of something, not a few thousand, and they need it this week.
That is an awkward size of job for most printers. Trade printers want volume. Online portals want a perfectly prepared file and take no responsibility for what comes out the other end. We sit in between: small runs welcome, and we check the artwork properly before anything is committed to material.
Printing in-house is the whole point
Our machines are in our building. Nobody outsources your job, nobody adds a week to the schedule, and nobody shrugs when a colour comes out wrong. If something needs reprinting we reprint it, because the press is right there.
It also means we can be honest about timing. Most orders leave within one to three working days of artwork approval, and when a job will take longer than that we say so before you pay rather than after.
Every file gets looked at
This is the part that saves people money. Before anything prints, our designer opens your file and checks the things that quietly ruin a job: resolution that will go soft at size, colour built in RGB that will shift on press, text sitting too close to a cut line, a white background where you meant transparent.
If we find something, we fix it or we tell you. You do not need to arrive with a print-ready PDF. Send what you have — an Illustrator file, a PNG, a photograph of a sketch — and we will tell you honestly whether it will work.
We would rather get one order right and see you again than push volume. That is not a slogan, it is just cheaper for everyone than reprinting.
