Delivery & collection
We courier anywhere in South Africa, and you are welcome to collect from the studio if you are nearby.
Delivery

Delivery is by courier. Transit time is additional to production time and depends on where you are — the main centres are quicker than outlying areas.
Turnaround
Most orders are printed and shipped within one to three working days of artwork approval and cleared payment. Turnaround runs from approval, not from when the order was placed.
If a job will take longer than that, we tell you before you pay rather than after. If you have a hard deadline, say so when you order so we can confirm whether we can meet it.

Collection is by arrangement — give us a ring or send a WhatsApp before you drive out, so we can confirm the job is finished and waiting.
If something arrives damaged
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@marvana.co.za with your order number, a short description and clear photographs of the goods as you received them, including the packaging.
Please keep the goods until the claim is resolved. Where the fault is ours we arrange and pay for collection. Full detail is in our refund and returns policy.
