Embroidery
Embroidery is the most durable way to brand a garment and the one that reads as most premium. It suits logos on workwear, caps, golf shirts and uniforms.
The one-off cost is digitising — converting your logo into stitch instructions. After that it is priced per item, and reorders carry no setup fee at all.
Pricing
| Service | Price |
|---|---|
| Design digitising / embroidery setup | From R350 |
| Embroidery | Quoted per item |
| Repeat orders using existing digitised design | No new digitising fee unless artwork changes |
Pricing depends on stitch count, design size, garment and quantity.
Prices are subject to change. A formal quotation confirms the final price before production.
How it works
- Send your logo and tell us the finished size and where it goes — left chest, cap front, back.
- We digitise it. This is a once-off charge from R350.
- We stitch a sample so you can approve it before the run.
- We embroider the batch.
Good to know
- Digitising is a one-time cost. Reorder in six months and you pay only for the stitching, unless the artwork itself changes.
- Simpler artwork embroiders better. Fine detail and thin text below about 5mm do not survive being rendered in thread.
- Stitch count drives the price — a dense filled logo costs more to stitch than an outlined one of the same size.
- Full colour? Consider DTF instead. See DTF transfers for photographic or gradient artwork.
